On Track

Morning Weight: 183.5 lbs    

Happy to see that this morning my weight is down from my Monday weigh in. Looks like my diet was good in Austin, even if my exercise was nonexistent. I slept very well last night so I'm feeling rested and energetic today, so hopefully that will translate into a good speed repeat workout this afternoon. I can definitely tell that the speed workouts I have done over the past month helped my 10K race, so I'm really looking forward to seeing how what effect they will have on my half marathon time in October.
