For Lunch I had my traditional Pho soup with Steak and Flank and a banana. My snack was an apple and a half portion of almonds.
For dinner, I was lazy, but kept to my goals. I had a Lean Cuisine Lasagna with meat sauce. Delicious. I also had a bag of popcorn and a popsicle. I entered all of this into Calorie King and I was 104 calories under target and very well balanced in terms of carbs, proteins and fats, without going over on any of them.
